Delivery and returns
Orders that are in stock are shipped within 2-3 business days and sent first class special delivery. If items aren't in stock and need to be made, it is likely to be 10-14 days before shipping. The website doesn't show whether an item is in stock or not, as I tend to make most items to order to minimise wastage. Please let me know if your order is for a specific date or is urgent.
If you are unhappy with your order, please get in touch as I want you to be really happy with your purchase.
Returns and refunds
Orders may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt providing the item is returned in an unworn and perfect condition without any smells of perfume, smoke, cooking or pets. Refunds on postage however cannot be made. For any returns, please contact me through email@example.com
If you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Really important ...
When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted with full insurance and using a Tracked ‘Signed For’ or ‘Special Delivery’ service as I cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post.
